The machine is not fully automatic, so you need some exercise to improve your results.
Start with small amounts of tobacco

DO NOT USE HUMID TOBACCO

Jamming problems:

Use only filter tubes which fit to the filling pipe of the machine, the tube should slide easy over the pipe without resistance.

Clean the screw frequently it should have a smooth surface.


One tip if falling glow/torch occurs to often

this is from a customer and it works surprisingly very well. 1. use only dry tobacco

2. make a stock of cigarettes (20 or 40 as much as you need for day)

3. put the ready made cigarettes in a vacuum box (Tupperware i.e.)

4. put this box in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
